Patients are provided a YLOcare registration form upon registration at the hospital. This form gives the hospital staff permission to share important information with certain family and friends. We call this group the Care Circle.
The patient will also designate one individual as the leader of the Care Circle. This individual will be able to manage the circle, and invite additional members and may also utilize the YLOcare system to send messages to the other phones in the patients network
The registration form will allow the patient to register as many additional phone numbers or email addresses as he/she wishes.
All invited members will confirm their participation, and will begin to receive up-to-the-minute information.
