Is your site secure? Yes. All personal information is stored behind a firewall on an encrypted server.

What happens if I receive a message not intended for me? Rarely, a subscriber will receive a message intended for another patients family. There is no need to contact YLOCare in this instance. Keep in mind that patient identifiers are used in any of the messages.

How do I add additional members to my group? This can be accomplished through the “Manage Your Account” area of the web page.

What steps are taken to ensure accurate text messaging (i.e. the right message sent to the right phone network?) All text messages are sent from a secure server and all providers are authorized by their respective hospital administrations. A provider must be issued a user name and password before being enabled to send each message.
